Welcome to Women Empowered! I realize that there are many women's groups on the Internet however I feel there is always room for more. Each one has their uniqueness to them and have something to offer for everyone. I myself belong to a several different women's groups. So here is my offering to the world of Internet Women's Groups... Women Empowered is a group of women whose life experiences have empowered them whether it be a negative or positive experience. We are Christian women who believe God had helped us through all we have endured even when our Faith faltered some. They are better, stronger women because of their Faith and experiences. What ever the experience, negative or positive, WE have grown from them and with the help of our Lord. WE want to help others to Empower themselves through Christ and our experiences. I have done away with committees! I don't believe that for this group there needs to be a commitment to a committee in order to be a member. However, if you are willing to help in any way then by all means offer to do so and it will be appreciated. WE are still in the infant stages so please bare with us. As of May 24 2004 I have decided to make the group for Christian Women only. I respect others beliefs however my Christian faith is the strongest it has ever been and I want to continue to strengthen it by including my faith in the Lord in everything I do.
